The report from Face also indicated a 13% growth in disbursing volume to 2.5 crore loans with an average ticket size of Rs 12,733. The data revealed positive financial trends, with over three-fourths of the members reporting profitability. Women accounted for 12% of the total loans disbursed, with a third of the workforce being women. However, the report also noted the lower participation of women in leadership roles.
