In banking and finance, StoneCo’s loan, Lundin’s refinancing, and TC Energía Mexicana’s financing are contenders. In project finance, the IFC’s investment in the lithium sector, Macquarie and Norsk Hydro’s renewables JV, and AES Dominicana’s financing for solar assets are among the shortlisted deals.
