30+ industry leaders gathered at the DFS Dialogues roundtable to discuss pressing issues and highlight key trends in the FinTech space to drive the agenda for Dubai FinTech Summit 2024. The roundtable was held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the UAE and President of DIFC. The Dubai FinTech Summit aims to position Dubai as a global financial hub and drive cross-border collaboration and innovation. Topics discussed during the roundtable included regulatory frameworks, eco-finance, and fintech 2.0.

During the DFS Dialogues session, Emirates NBD (ENBD) signed an agreement to join the summit as the official premium banking partner. The e& group also signed an agreement to join as the official event headline partner. These partnerships highlight the commitment of both organizations to driving innovation within the financial sector in Dubai. The Dubai FinTech Summit 2024 will see an unprecedented gathering of over 8,000 decision-makers, 300+ thought leaders, and 200+ exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge technologies.

In addition to the roundtable discussions, the Dubai FinTech Summit also hosted the regional qualifying round of the FinTech World Cup. Yabx Technologies emerged victorious in the regional round, securing the opportunity to participate in the grand finale during the Dubai FinTech Summit 2024 and potentially secure USD 1 million in funding. The FinTech World Cup aims to identify and showcase the most innovative FinTech solutions from around the world.
